Our findings were published in a feature article by Marketing Week. They also interviewed Engine's James Samperi for the article, who commented:
"As customers become increasingly savvy about the marketing messages they are presented with, the pressure is on organisations to ensure they substantiate those messages. Brands fall down when they promise the world but can’t follow through on their promises.”
