Another award for Mercedes-Benz’ digital service!


As well as recognition for the My Service online tool developed by Engine and Mercedes-Benz, the My Dash tool that enables the online service has also won an award.

The Automotive Management (AM) awards 2013 awarded the My Dash online tool the award for Best Digital Initiative. 

The My Dash concept was created by Engine for Mercedes-Benz as part of the end-to-end after-sales experience. We delivered wireframe concepts and core User Experience (UX) principles, illustrated with practical ideas and examples, to guide the build by MotorTrak.

Tim Rose, Managing Editor of AM, commented: ‘Mercedes-Benz has been continually developing its My Dash online servicing application since 2008 but the latest development has seen it grow from an application to the basis of its dealer network's aftersales programme.  The service differentiates the Mercedes-Benz brand over competitors and allows customers to choose the type of service they would like, recognising the individuality of customer choice.’
