In advance of speaking at this year’s Passenger Terminal Expo in Paris 10-12 March, Engine Director, James Samperi discusses the importance of customer-centric service design for airports and the challenges and opportunities they face.

This joint interview, featuring James and Mazhar Butt, Head of Customer Experience at Dubai Airports, was published in Passenger Terminal World Magazine and explores how Engine have helped Dubai Airports, and others, in their quest to deliver great customer experiences.
