As service designers we operate in equal parts with the individual and the system. As a result we have an opportunity to redefine the service function (consumption) and create impact at the system level (provision). Innovations at both levels present significant potential for providing continuous value far into the future.

By collaborating directly with users, public and private partners and providing sound collective benefits we have the capacity to redirect development towards more sustainable alternatives in all sectors.
