The UK Government has for the last few years been developing the arguments for a greater commitment to the design of public services around the needs of users. This objective is a bold one - not least because it challenges aspects of the role of government.
Through our work with government and public sector organisations we’ve been prototyping ways in which the practice that we call service design can support user-led innovation and citizen engagement in the design of public services.
