Teaching service design

Julia Schaeper and Joe Heapy recently visited the Glasgow School of Art to do a workshop on service design thinking and methodologies. Joe also gave a talk entitled ‘Service design: Design for new challenges’. To listen, click here (right click to download) .

The workshop was part of a series of visits - an exciting collaboration between Engine, Learndirect Scotland and GSA, looking at improving the services and communication channels which Learndirect currently provide. Engine’s role is to help students deliver the project and most importantly, to provide professional guidance and direction along the way. For more updates, watch this space.
