Service Design Network Conference 2010

The Service Design Network’s annual conference is taking place in Berlin this October.

We always look forward to the chance of catching up with service designers from around the world, swapping new and different viewpoints and seeing how our discipline is progressing elsewhere.

Last year Joe Heapy was the keynote speaker with his article ‘Make Yourself Useful,’ Tamsin Smith revealed her secrets in ‘Confessions of a Service Design Researcher,’ and Mike Culverwell and Oliver King ran a workshop on ‘Selling Service Design.’

All this and more is available in the current issue of Touchpoint, the journal of Service Design.
