Engine’s work in Europe
Engine are very proud to be a part of some great service design projects happening in Europe.
In a new phase of our approach and reach, we are working with local Engine and client teams in Sweden and in Italy. This work is based on a project carried out and refined with our client in the UK. Now the methodology is being adapted and implemented across the client’s European territories, being made relevant to local customers.
This is where our teams on the ground come in - as well as being fantastic designers and researchers, they help to provide us with cultural insights that translate our methodology for the local businesses. They connect us with the key needs and behaviours of local users and customers - the point from which we start all of our work.
Insights such as these can range from understanding customers’ preferred channels for interaction with services to those that inform the right tone for communications.
It’s exciting for us to be a part of the growing service design community in Europe, coming together to collaborate and seeing our project methodology adapted for new client organisations in new markets while working with local practitioners to deliver great work.
