EDL Madrid Masters workshop

Tamsin and Lauren ran a workshop with visiting Masters students from EDL (European Design Lab) Madrid.

We used the ever famous customer journey mapping technique proving to be a great introduction to the idea of customer experience and service design. The students had mapped transport journey’s from the buses of Bogota, Columbia to 1st class French TGV trips and received expert feedback from Engine.

The students were grateful to have a new tool and left wide-eyed to the idea of service design as an approach. For Engine, seeing a multitude of mapping styles from video to graphic layouts is always useful, we also learn from these types of engagements.
