Designing Services in Stockholm

Nick recently visited the latest outpost in Stockholm of innovative design school HyperIsland, to deliver a talk on ‘designing services’ to the Interaction Art Directors students.

The talk was followed by a workshop, where students explored their expectations and experiences of a range of services, and then spent the afternoon conducting some informal gap analysis in Stockholm.
