Stuart Penny - Associate
Service Designer
Stuart started his career in design after completing his first degree at Goldsmiths in the early 1990s. Following that, he worked with a number of large agencies on high profile client accounts.
His belief that qualitative research is a critical tool for creative thinking and strategy was developed while completing his MA in Interaction Design at the Royal College of Art at the beginning of 2000. In addition to driving project success by reducing ambiguity and giving focus, Stuart uses insight and evidence from research to drive consensus across teams, and ensuring that collaborative working is efficient and effective.
He continues to develop approaches and methods that make the best of evidenced-based design processes.
